Massive Condyloma Acuminata on a 20-week Pregnant Primigravida

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: Condyloma acuminata, a sexual infectious disease caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) or Chlamydia trachomatis is more commonly in pregnant women and severe than non-pregnant women. Pregnant are susceptibility to infection due the immunologic suppression continues according gestational age.
 AIM Delivering case report about primigravida diagnosed with massive condyloma acuminata.
 METHODOLOGY: A 27-year old primigravida, 20 weeks gestation age clinical manifestation of acuminata. In speculo, cauliflower-like masses vaginal into cervix , intact, livide grandson cervix, lot discharge/flour albus from ostium uteri externum. Vaginal swab serology test for was conducted. 
 RESULTS: The patient treated cauterization manifestations after observed until delivered. Termination at 37 aterm estimated fetal weight > 2500 grams cesarean section. Improvement healing process without new tissue pasca cauterization. CONCLUSION: conducted on acuminata showed recovery result finally pregnancy terminate section fetus safely.
